Iconic Photos

This is an excellent website: http://iconicphotos.wordpress.com/. As it says, it contains "famous, infamous and iconic photos" with some excellent commentary on them.   Be aware that many of the images are highly controversial and often very disturbing but your visual education will certainly benefit from seeing them. I came across it while searching for Robert Doisneau's "Un Regard Oblique" from 1948, one of my favourite ever photographs: http://iconicphotos.wordpress.com/?s=un+regard+oblique. Enjoy.
